Private Equity
For students with experience in equity research and interested in operational work with private companies

Hedge Funds
For students with strong technical background, and interested in quantitative finance.

Mergers and Acquisitions
- Assist in corporate finance activities, inclusive but not limited to capital raising and M&A
- Preparation of marketing materials including pitch books, presentation materials and investment teasers
- Market research, financial analysis and company valuation
- Assist in the commercial due diligence and strategic considerations process
- Help to maintain and expand our investor database
Private Equity
- Support in deal evaluation, due diligence and underwriting
- Assist in market mapping and scoping potential investment target
- Help in analyzing potential investment opportunities
- Preparation of complex financial models, comparable analysis and valuation models


Hedge Funds (Annexe Fund VCC)
- Working in the Annexe Fund VCC, a quantitative multi-strategy hedge fund
- Focus on market research, analysis and investment recommendations
- To investigate upcoming investment opportunities and study the market
- Analyse current trends and in the economy and industry and support in recommending profitable investment options
- Make projections based on investments and conduct effective research and data analysis and build investment thesis for potential opportunities
Requirements for Candidates
Corporate Finance and Private Equity:
- University students currently pursuing business or related degree
- Understanding of Financial Reports and Accounting concepts
- Commitment for a minimum period of 3 months (full time)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficiency in Financial modelling is preferred
- We rarely accept 1st year students
Hedge Fund:
- Extremely good understanding of mathematics, statistics, probability and/or programming
- Ability to code in Python
- Keen interest in learning how to develop algorithms
- Academic coursework in finance or economics
- After successful first interview, applicants will be asked to complete a 1-hour proficiency test in Python
